The natural sweetness of the Tahini does its job perfectly and blends fabulously into these special, tasty cookies.
Ingredients:
1 cup of raw Prince Tahini
1 cup of sugar
3 cups of flour
200gr butter
1 bag baking powder (10 gr)
100g pine nuts
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients into a dough batter.
Form small balls and press in the middle on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle pine nuts on top of each cookie.
Bake at low to medium heat until cookies harden and slightly change color (do not allow to brown).
Cool completely.
Store in a sealed box.
