Tahini and Yogurt Sauce

A thick sauce suitable for a variety of grilled or roasted vegetables, as well as for savory pastries. Just pour over the hot vegetables and enjoy the blend of textures and flavours.  Don’t forget to dip some bread into the sauce left in the plate...
 

Ingredients:

¾ cup of raw tahini
1 container (small) of natural yogurt of choice
1 lemon – juiced
3 crushed garlic cloves
Salt, pepper (white or black)
 

Preparation:

Mix the yogurt, garlic and lemon. 
Pour in the tahini, stirring constantly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
(If using a blender just combine all the ingredients together).
